Delete your data

RoadRecall · account and data deletion

What RoadRecall holds

Your first name, theory test date and daily goal; your study progress, quiz scores, streak and starred cards; and your settings. Without an account, all of it stays on your phone. If you signed in, a copy is also kept under your account so it carries to another device.

Delete everything on your phone

  1. Open RoadRecall and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This erases your name, test date, progress, starred cards and settings from the device straight away. Uninstalling the app also removes them.

Delete your account and the cloud copy

  1. Open RoadRecall and go to Account and sync.
  2. Tap Delete account and cloud copy and confirm.

Your sign-in account and the backed-up copy of your learning are deleted immediately, with nothing kept afterwards. You can carry on using the app without an account, and you can sign in again later with a new one.

If you can't reach the app

Email shkrown@gmail.com, from the address you signed in with, and ask for your account and its backup to be deleted. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Purchases

The full deck unlock belongs to your Google Play or App Store account, not your RoadRecall account, so deleting your data does not remove it — reinstall and it restores. Refunds are handled by the store you bought it from.
